當您註冊為 BBTaxi 的網上會員或使用 BBTaxi 的服務時，我們會請您提供予我們您的個人資料，請務必確保您所提供的資料均屬實，並在需要更改該等資料的時候親自聯絡我們。
使用者資料，包括：全名、電郵地址、電話號碼、登入名稱及密碼、付款或銀行資料（包括相關付款驗證資料）、賬戶資料（包括BBTaxi 積分資料）、使用者設定身份照片及位置資料（當BBTaxi應用程式在前台運行時）、與使用BBTaxi服務有關的交易資料（包括每月行車次數、訂單詳情、付款交易資料、行程資料及付款方式）以及應用程式使用資料（包括乘客如何與BBTaxi的服務互動、訪問日期及時間、已瀏覽的應用程式功能、應用程式故障及其他系統活動）。
設備數據，包括：有關用於使用我們服務的設備數據，包括硬件型號、設備 IP地址或其他獨特的設備標識符、操作系統和版本、軟件、首選語言、廣告識別碼、設備運動數據和移動網絡數據。
通訊數據，包括：有關通話、電子訊息（如短信或即時訊息平臺）或其他通訊的數據，包括通訊的日期和時間及通訊的內容。
依上述所說，您提供予 BBTaxi 的個人資料只會用作商業用途，例如：為您提供服務和產品、給予合適的咨詢服務、助我們更了解您的需要及興趣，和你建立更好的關係、或提供產品及服務優惠。
不管在任何情況下，請保密您的帳號及密碼，以免被人盜用，你亦必須為任何以您的帳戶所進行的在線活動而負責。如您疏忽而引致任何損失或破壞，本公司概不負責。若您想要取消的帳戶，請親函到 cs@bobotaxi.hk 。
BBTaxi 隨時有權對此《私隱保護聲明》作出任何更改、修訂或更新，而無需另行通知。我們會在聲明頁面底部列明更新日期，並建議您多留意聲明更新的內容。

BBTaxi believes that keeping your privacy is as important as providing you the best service, so we are determined to comply with the Hong Kong SAR Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and make the following Privacy Policy Statement. By accessing and browsing the Site, you accept, without limitation or qualification, the Privacy Policy below.
BBTaxi will collect and use your personal data information in accordance with our company’s Privacy Policy and Personal Data Collection Statement which you have read and agreed before your submission of personal data to our company. Any information that you voluntarily provide is for our business, marketing, direct marketing, communication, servicing and related purposes.

User information, including: full name, email address, phone number, login name and password, payment or banking information (including related payment verification information), account information (including BBTaxi information), user settings, identification photos and location data (when the BBTaxi application is running in the foreground), transaction information in relation to the use of BBTaxi services (including the number of trips taken monthly, order details, payment transaction information, journey information and payment method) and mobile application usage data (including how riders interact with BBTaxi's services, access dates and times, mobile application features viewed, mobile application crashes and other system activity).
Device data, including: data about the devices used to access our services, including the hardware models, device IP address or other unique device identifiers, operating systems and versions, software, preferred languages, advertising identifiers, device motion data and mobile network data.
Communications data, including: data regarding calls, electronic messages (e.g. SMS or on instant messaging platforms) or other communications, including the date and time of the communications and the content of the communications.
As mentioned above, BBTaxi uses your personal information for the purposes of business, marketing, direct marketing, communication, servicing and related purposes, for instance, to provide services and products, offer appropriate customer service, better understand your needs and interests, enhance our relationship with you, or make promotional offers by our company.
You are at all times responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the username and password and to prevent any unauthorized success. Also, you are responsible for any use under your active account. In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage arising from your lack of ability to protect your own account. If you wish to cancel your account, cancellation requests must be sent via email cs@bobotaxi.com.
We reserve the right, at all times, to modify, alter, or update this Privacy Policy Statement without prior notice, and you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations, or updates once they are posted on this Site.
